Powerful yet simple!
Garage Plus Storage started with a very powerful yet simple concept. Wouldn't it be great if there could be a storage space where we could actually go to work on our projects whenever we wanted to 24/7? This led to other conversations and brainstorming sessions about what it would take to make this a reality. Not just as a business concept but as a solution for all of the owners and investors of Garage Plus Storage.

Why ownership?
In order to be able to have ultimate control over how your Garage Plus Storage space was customized it became clear very early on that ownership was essential. This maximizes your freedom and ensures that you have total and complete control over how and what you use your space for. Besides the fact that there are various financial benefits that come with ownership. This is a stark contrast to the trap that renting or leasing a space can become. We decided to take our hobbies, business overstock or whatever we needed to store and change it from a drag into something that could benefit every owner of a Garage Plus Storage space.

Going the extra mile.
We knew right from the start that we absolutely had to have the ability to be able to work on our projects on site! Without this ability we would be just another storage unit where you have to haul your hobby car out to another location to work on it and then haul it back in store it until you had time to work on it again. Not only that but you would not be able to legally modify or build out your space. So we put our heads together with the city and we worked long and hard with the zoning department in order to be able to be the first facility ever to ensure that we could all setup our workspaces however we please and be able to pull in day or night and work on our projects whenever we please! Did it take a lot of time and money to make this a reality? Sure it did. But we have to say it was completely worth it.

What do you need?
We built Garage Plus Storage based completely on collaboration with what you, the owner needs in order to experience an immediate return on your investment! Many people spoke up and said a central clubhouse would be nice. Done! A bunch of owners enjoyed the benefits of 24 hour access and custom mods so much they modified their space so they could take a mini vacations right on site. They asked if we could put showers in. Done! Eventually a bunch of owners asked about a car wash. We put our heads together and decided why not make a car wash station big enough for Semi trucks and class A RV's? Done! Who wants to work on cold concrete floors? Why not keep the floors warm all year round? Done! This is just a few of the many amenities that have come about as a result of our community of owners working together for the benefit of all.
